Frequently Asked Questions
How do we deliver Fosters products to our customers? We store our products frozen, externally at the Ice Co who then distribute them all around the country by them. It is also possible to collect products from our bakery.
What is the minimum order quantity? Our products are delivered in full pallets and so this is the minimum order quantity, but we do also do mixed pallets.
When do we deliver? Our haulier deliver to specific areas of the country on different days. When you first start start purchasing products from us we will send you a welcome pack letting you know when we are able to deliver to your area.
Do we do mixed pallets? We offer pallets that contain different products. These are called Crossdocks and as long as the number of cases ordered makes up a pallet then we are happy to send smaller orders palletised together.
What lead time do we require? Lead time is 7-10 days depending on the products that you take. Your welcome pack will let you know the lead time for your products.
What payment terms do we offer to our customers? We usually offer 30-day credit terms to all customers, with payment due 30 days after the invoice date unless otherwise agreed differently.
What in-house services do we offer? We have an in house Technical department that works on product development, quality assurance, specifications, works with customers and loads more food related activities. We also have an in-house engineering department that deals with all our repairs and maintenance. Fosters also runs a raw materials warehouse, where a number of ingredients and products are held.
How do you place an order? Orders must be placed via email or fax, please send orders to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 01226 390087.
What food standards do Fosters follow? Fosters follows the latest BRC food standard procedures, we also follow RSPO producers on palm oil usage and use Erudus for nutritional information.
What export terms do we offer? We currently export products across Europe, the Middle east and Asia. For companies outside the UK we can offer a discount if they arrange collection themselves. Otherwise if this is not possible then we can arrange delivery but that may lead to extra delivery charges.
Where do we deliver to? We deliver all over the UK to all counties, although specific areas of the country are delivered to on different days. We also deliver to Europe and many other areas of the world.

Are our products delivered as Euro Pallets or UK pallets? We deliver UK products on UK pallets and any exported products on EU specific pallets.
